- What are the options for replacement in case of Product Variation / Damaged Product?

If the product comes out to be defective or different from what was ordered, visit our Returns Center at http://casecue.myreturnscenter.com or you can reach out to us at support@casecue.in  with a picture and our support team will solve it out for you.

 

- How can I know the Shipment details of my order?

The email order confirmation you receive after placing the order can be used to know the shipment details. The email also contains a link to track the order. You will also get systematic emails with the shipping updates.

 

- What is the procedure for returning my order?

You will have to reach out to us at support@casecue.in. If you initiate a return, you will two options to choose from:

- Exchange.

- Full refund in the form of store credits.

 

- Will I be notified when my order will be dispatched?

You will get systematic emails on the email address you used while placing the order.

 

- How can I track my shipment?

The order confirmation email contains a link to track the order. You will also get systematic emails with the shipping updates on the email address used while placing the order.

 

- Do you offer any discounts/benefits if multiple cases are ordered?

We have kits/boxes/combos at uber cool prices if you are looking for multiple cases. We do not offer any code based discounts.

  

- What is the protection level of the case?

The cases are capable of protecting the iPhone from scratches, dust, light drops and bumps. Since the iPhone is built of aluminium alloy, it has the capabilities to protect it's body. While to get your iPhone's screen protected, we recommend you to apply a invisible Shield - An Edge-to-Edge screen protector for iPhone for maximum screen protection.

 

- In a case of exchange/return, will Shipping and Handling charges be refunded?

We usually arrange a reverse pickup for the order that needs to be exchanged or returned. In an unlikely case, if the pin-code is not serviceable, we request the customer to ship the item back to us. In such a case, we refund upto Rs. 100 to the customer for the shipping they do from their end. The refund is done in form of store credits only.

 

- How can I cancel my order?

You can use the link provided in the order confirmation email. Alternatively, if you have a customer account with us, you can cancel the order through the order history. If nothing of them is working out for you, you can reach us at support@casecue.in.

 

- How should I apply the Invisible Shield in my phone?

You can find the graphic instruction on how to put the Invisible Shield on the phone. If that’s not working out, you can click on this link to see a video on how to apply the Invisible Shield.

 

- What are the options of payment in pre-paid orders?

You can pay through Debit/Credit card, net-banking or PayU Money wallet. And also with many wallets.

 

- What are the requirements in case of a return?

The product should be in the original packaging and condition. Products with visible signs of usage can not be exchanged/returned.

 

- Can other accessories be used after applying the case?

Our cases are Super-Thin, so ever after you put the case on, you can freely use third party stands, docks, speakers, etc.

 

- What are Store Credits?

Store credits are money equivalent credits on the website. They come in the form of a digital prepaid card which has a 16 character alpha-numeric code. It can be integrated with Apple Passbook. The store credits never expire and can be used to shop sale item(s) as well. They can only be used at respective country’s CaseCue online store.

 

- Are Store Credits transferable?

Store credits are completely transferable. You will have to forward the email containing the digital prepaid card, and the one who is willing to use the credits is all set to go.

 

- What is your Policy on Lost or Delayed shipping?

If the shipment is lost or unexpectedly delayed or returned to us, we ship a new package outright. While we try our best to make sure the order reaches the customer as soon as possible, sometimes the delay is beyond our control.

 

- What happens when items return to us in the case of incorrect shipping information?

Simply, we get in touch with the customer to get a new shipping address and ship it to the updated address.

 

- How can I inquire about COD availability in my location?

You can check the COD availability on the product page of the website.

 

- Can I modify my order (Colour, Case, Quantity, etc.)?

You can modify/edit/change your order until it is shipped. You can use your order history panel or get in touch with us at support@casecue.in

 

- My order was in stock at the time of purchase, but the estimated time has changed?

This is an extremely rare condition. If the product is marked as unfit to be shipped to the customer by our Quality Control team, the shipment is stopped until the fresh new batch of the cases which are fit to be shipped to the customers come out.

  

- How do I clean my case?

You can wash the case under a tap and let it dry for 1-2 minutes. Do not use a rough cloth to wipe the case.

 

- What is the case made of?

The cases are made up of high-grade pure polypropylene. They are hard plastic cases, but since they are Super-thin, they are flexible enough to snap on and off the case quick and easy.

 

- Will the case become loose after a few months?

With regular usage, the cases are built to last. However, eventual wear is expected in any accessory; the premium material makes these cases excellent at holding up over time.
